I chose this hotel for attending a congregation because it provides 3 meeting rooms available for events. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth. The dining experience was exceptional at the sky view restaurant, and the sea view from the Paradise Suite was breathtaking.

One service that I missed for my work trip was the lack of a well-equipped business center to assist with my professional needs.

The lobby exudes classic vibes and the general areas are adorned with intricate details that evoke a sense of elegance. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was commendable, with the friendly staff always on hand to assist and a convenient lift making it easier to navigate the premises.

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is to have more seating areas in the lobby for the comfort of the children of the staff.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Alexandria. The hotel is in the center of the city on the corniche, which makes it a very vital area to stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a view of the Mediterranean. The breakfast was fantastic, with freshly prepared omelets and terrific views.

This hotel has a great location, with easy access to public transport and plenty of restaurants and shops around. The beautiful sea views are a bonus, and the rooftop is a nice spot to enjoy them. Rooms are stylishly designed, with high ceilings and woodwork, and the top floor restaurant has a nice spirit.

The bathrooms are not up to par with dirty tap water and smelly drains.

Had a few disappointments. Had to change rooms twice during check-in due to issues with the air conditioning and the size of the room.
