We had an exceptional stay at Pyramids Gem Plaza. The apartment was incredibly clean and had everything we needed for our family. The location was perfect, close to the pyramids. Mrs. Monal, the staff member, was so kind and helpful. The professionalism of the entire staff was top-notch. We definitely plan to come back with our whole family because the hotel exceeded our expectations!

The spacious rooms provide enough space for a family, and they are also clean and air-conditioned. The staff at the hotel is outstanding, going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay for guests. the breakfast served on the roof terrace comes with a breathtaking view of the pyramids.

The best aspect of the location was its proximity to the city's landmark attractions and tourist destinations, making it easy to explore and enjoy the city's activities and nightlife.

Our stay was marred by the noise from the busy junction, making it difficult to have a good night's rest. , it was quite frustrating that there were no dining options nearby, except for ordering food in, which was not very convenient.

This hotel is a gem near the pyramids, offering great value for money. The staff, especially Amr and Mohanat at the front desk, were attentive and helpful. The rooms were spacious with three bathrooms, and the TV even had Netflix. Breakfast with a view of the pyramids was a wonderful start to the day.
