We were greeted with warm smiles by the staff, and the pools were truly inviting. The beach access was seamless, and we enjoyed snorkeling right off the shore. The food was consistently delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy every palate.

The evening entertainment was vibrant, featuring a fantastic animation team that kept the atmosphere lively and enjoyable for all ages.

The wifi connection was frustratingly unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected during our stay.

We enjoy the lush green landscapes and well-maintained facilities, making it a delightful environment for the kids. The staff, especially Mr Mohamed at the front office and Mr Ashraf, the F&B director, provide exceptional hospitality, ensuring every need is met. There are numerous pools and easy beach access, perfect for family fun and snorkeling right off the shore.

The resort features a stunning private beach with a vibrant coral reef, perfect for snorkeling. The food is diverse, changing daily, making dining a pleasant surprise each time!

Despite the beautiful facilities, some staff members displayed rudeness, particularly at the reception. It was frustrating to deal with inefficiency during check-in and room preparations.

The Aqua Park and pools were a hit with our four young kids. The beach area was perfect for snorkeling. The animation team made our evenings lively, and we really appreciated the attentive service from the staff, especially Hamdy, who kept our room spotless.

In my wife’s opinion, a shaded play area for kids would be great.

There’s so much going on around the beach and the sunset was something to behold,, you just can’t put a price on that. Plus, every afternoon, the staff surprised us with complimentary refreshing drinks that made us feel like royalty while chilling by the pool.

Yeah,, it wasn’t exactly a bargain, but overall it was still reasonable, given the experience.

reef oasis blue bay resort & spa offers a perfect mix of relaxation spots, so you can choose where to chill based on your mood. the sunset restaurant is a gem for a more relaxed dining experience. all the staff were exceptional, especially emma in guest relations, who was super helpful and friendly. totally loved the outstanding reef right off the beach, perfect for snorkeling!

i'd suggest having more shaded areas by the pools.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Reef Oasis Blue Bay Resort & Spa! The food was nothing short of amazing, with various cuisines executed to perfection. The resort grounds were lush and beautifully maintained, providing a picturesque setting for every day. The staff stood out for their attentive service—there was even a chef who went above and beyond to prepare a customized salad just for us! The pool areas were numerous and inviting, and beach access meant we enjoyed the stunning coral reef just steps away. Our stay was a peaceful and fulfilling journey, and we can't wait to return!
