The location is perfect, situated in a quiet and nice area just outside the city centre, yet close to the airport which made our commute hassle-free. The room service was exceptional, with 24-hour availability for anything we needed, from car hire to dry cleaning. Every staff member we interacted with - from the friendly receptionists to the attentive bell staff and porter - treated us like royalty. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job keeping our room spotless and organized throughout our stay.

Generous F&B offering with a big variety and delicious food available. Swimming pool is spacious although heavily crowded during Eid El Fitr and gym facilities are great. Helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist with issues such as ATM malfunctioning. Convenient location close to both airport and Nasr city. a highly recommended hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from my room was breathtaking. The room service food that I ordered was absolutely delicious. The hotel overall had a comfortable atmosphere, with friendly staff and beautiful rooms. The pool was great, and the breakfast offered a nice and diverse selection. The hotel even provided free valet and parking services. Additionally, the location was convenient as it was close to the Mirage City Mall, just a few minutes' drive away, if I wanted a change of scenery. Lastly, the assistant manager went above and beyond by apologizing for any inconveniences.

I recently stayed at Renaissance in a quiet location for a few nights. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel offered all-inclusive options with speedy service. One standout feature was the mobility access room, perfect for my elderly mother. It had a wheelchair accessible bathroom with helpful grips and a sensor-operated washbasin. The hotel even provided a wheelchair upon request, allowing us to easily enjoy the Citron restaurant and pool area.

Finding a taxi around the hotel is easy and convenient, thanks to the hotel's location near the airport. The service and facilities are satisfying, as the rooms are spacious and include well-maintained bathrooms. Breakfast is delicious, and the hotel offers various facilities, such as a luxurious suit and helpful event organizers.

Some guests had issues with check-in during peak seasons, resulting in wait times.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning, but the front desk was quick to send someone to fix it. a decent stay at Renaissance.

This hotel is located in a nice and quiet district outside the centre of Cairo, which is perfect for those who don't want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. The basic amenities are provided, and the rooms are equipped with a very comfortable bed, a big bathroom and a huge balcony. The breakfast has different options for everyone and is included in the price.

The complimentary airport shuttle was a great start. The hotel staff were helpful and purchased our visas for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a quiet and comfortable bed. The restaurant staff were accommodating to my celiac status. The breakfasts and pool area were wonderful, and we also enjoyed the 6th floor guest lounge. Door men, reception, and Aviator were all friendly and professional. Room service was prompt and the food was good. The lobby bar was absolutely brilliant.

The value for money was great, the room was comfortable, and the hotel had beautiful decorations. The staff at Vintage bar, especially Yousef the chef and Marina the host, provided amazing service. The executive lounge had a fantastic menu and the breakfast staff were lovely. Additionally, the hotel arranged private transport to the airport at short notice, which was greatly appreciated. The deputy manager was very helpful and made our check-in process smooth.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway and loved the luxurious amenities provided. the service was impeccable and we were pampered at the Spa & wellness center. the outdoor swimming pool had comfortable sun loungers and a poolside snack bar. We also enjoyed the variety of Special diet menus provided at the restaurant. a perfect hotel for relaxation and leisure.

The only negative experience we had was with parking. Due to limited parking space, we had to park far away from the hotel, which was not convenient with our luggage.

The front desk staff, Nisreen and Amir, provided excellent service during my stay. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The hotel also had a lovely pool and other amenities such as a gym and ballrooms. I was very pleased with my stay.

There were some issues with the check-in process, as there was a long queue and it took a while to get the rooms.

Spent a lovely Christmas in a hotel in Egypt. the staff there were really kind and helpful, giving us chocolates and complimentary drinks on arrival. the location was perfect, right next to the beach and shops.

The room wasn't in the best condition. the heater didn't work and the furniture was quite dated.
