Huge territory with green gardens and sophisticated resort pools. Clean and quiet rooms with great views. Delicious buffet with wide variety of dishes. Welcoming and helpful staff. Fun kids club with loads of activities.

The hotel was in a beautiful location, with the opportunity to relax and snorkel in Coraya Bay. The beach restaurant offered delicious fresh food with a stunning sea view. Additionally, the daily entertainment and beach party provided a fun atmosphere for guests.

The staff seemed overwhelmed and grumpy, with slow service and a lack of enough staff in the restaurant and bars.

We had an amazing time at this resort! The location was perfect, being close to the Marsa Alam airport and Port Ghalib. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from including vegetarian options. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help, especially Mr. Abdallah at the reception, the chief of restaurants, and Ahmed at the snorkeling area. The resort had stunning landscapes and coral reefs right on the beach, perfect for snorkeling and admiring the colorful fish. We also loved the Italian restaurant and the option to dine on the terrace overlooking the sea. Special mention to Muhammad, our server, for his wonderful professionalism.

We felt so relaxed during our stay and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble.

This hotel provided a truly luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities such as the outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa centre fulfilled my needs for relaxation. the sun terrace and garden areas were beautifully maintained and provided the perfect atmosphere for winding down. the restaurant buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the bar area had a great selection of cocktails. the room advantage of a private balcony with beautiful views was a lovely touch.

The only negative aspect of the venue was the live entertainment, which was not up to par. the friendly and attentive service of the staff more than made up for this minor issue.

Complimentary Easter eggs and cocktails were a nice touch. Great location near a stunning beach and some local shops and markets. the heated pool was perfect for an early morning dip.

The food was often lukewarm and there wasn't enough variety for vegetarians. the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

the room was always clean, the bed was comfortable, and the TV had a variety of channels. the property had a well-maintained garden and protected against mosquitos. the food was fresh and diverse, with a wide selection of fruits, vegetables, and hot dishes that never repeated during my stay. the beach was great for snorkeling, and there were plenty of entertainment options nearby in Port Ghalib. the staff was always helpful and friendly, making it a great experience overall.
