The apartments were spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and the convenience of a washing machine. the surrounding area had plenty of food stores, restaurants, and ATM's within a short walking distance. the proximity to the Nile made it easy to enjoy the riverfront. the building itself was well-maintained and secure, with quick and reliable wifi. the rooftop terrace provided stunning views, especially during sunset.

Our stay felt too short! We wished we had more time to enjoy all the amenities and explore the authentic neighborhood on the West Bank.

I got excellent value for my money at Royal Apartments. The room was clean and spacious, with great natural light and nice views. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the West Bank Ferry Ramp. But what really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff, especially Sayed the manager. He was there to pick me up from the ferry ramp, showed me around the apartment, and even took me on a tour of the temples and local food restaurants. His hospitality made my stay in Luxor memorable and I can't wait to come back.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast offerings better would be more variety.

He allowed us to check out late and even bought bus tickets for us. the location of the hotel on the West Bank of the Nile river was convenient, with a jetty nearby for crossing to the other side and plenty of restaurants and shops in the area.

One disappointment was that the owner had not arranged a sunrise balloon flight for us, even though we had requested it beforehand. This caused us to miss out on the experience.
