The Safir Hotel Cairo is ideally located at the heart of Cairo, close to the Nile River and various attractions in the Dokki neighborhood. The room I stayed in was changed to the 11th floor, and it was a great decision, as the view was breathtaking, and the temperature was a comfortable 14 degrees Celsius. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had reliable wifi, making my stay extremely pleasant.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the evening noise from the party/wedding at the swimming pool outside. Though it was a bit loud, it was still acceptable and did not significantly affect my overall experience at the hotel.

This hotel is in a great neighbourhood in the center, making everything accessible. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and the rooms on the upper floors are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast included is fantastic, with an abundance of food including sweets and supreme delicacies.

I will definitely make Safir my go-to hotel for all my future visits to Cairo.

When my room wasn't available on the top floor as requested, the Night Manager went above and beyond to change it not once, but twice, until I was satisfied. Additionally, they promptly provided us with a heater to ensure our comfort. The service room was also satisfactory.

Upon arrival, I noticed a broken switch in the room, which, although promptly fixed, should have been addressed before my check-in. the consistently off lift lobby lights created a minor inconvenience during my brief time at the hotel.

I stayed at this venue and enjoyed my time here very much. The location is ideal, being close to the metro station which made it quick and easy to get to the museum. I found the staff to be very attentive and helpful, and they put all efforts in order to make my stay pleasant. The room was lovely with all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, mini-bar, and in-room safe. Also, the leisure facilities were top-notch with a swimming pool, spa & wellness centre, sauna, and steam room. The breakfast served was delicious and there were many options to choose from.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and had a great time. Got two free complementary drinks at the hotel bar and the breakfast was included in the price. the hotel was very close to the Nile and the Zoo, which was great for sightseeing. the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The view from the room was not great, as it overlooked some old buildings. the dinner buffet offered at the hotel was a bit pricey compared to other options in the area.

the spa lounge lacked a Jacuzzi.
