The service provided by the friendly staff is exceptional, making sure all your needs are met at any time of the day or night. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes.

The attitude of some restaurant and kitchen staff needs improvement, as they often appear unhappy and unhelpful.

We had a great time at this hotel! The location is perfect - right in front of the beach, and it was amazing to be able to go snorkeling right there in the water. The room service was top-notch, and we appreciated the 24-hour availability of everything from laundry to airport shuttles. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and it was easy to arrange things even in the middle of the night. The facilities are fantastic - we especially enjoyed the spa and wellness center, as well as the aqua park.

The staff at this resort are amazing, especially Mr. Tomas on the front desk. The room is huge and clean, one of the best I've stayed in. The animation team is very active and funny, keeping everyone entertained all day long. The food is okay, with a good variety and taste, especially on Tuesdays and Fridays. The reception staff, particularly Mr. Mohamed Abdulkader and Mr. Abu Bakr, are very helpful and always smiling. They even upgraded my room to a family room. this resort is great for families.
