I recently stayed at Charmillion Club Aquapark in Sharm el-Sheikh for a week-long vacation. The hotel's location near the airport made it extremely convenient for us. The staff at the hotel were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Special mention goes to Sous Chef El Razak for his amazing food and excellent service, as well as the attentive restaurant staff including Ammar, Heshem, Ahmed, Mostafa, Soliman. Mahmoud from the housekeeping department kept our room clean and well-stocked throughout our stay. The aqua park with its many water slides was a highlight, and the themed decor in the restaurant added a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional staff, facilities, and location.

I had a great experience staying here! The hotel is close to many restaurants, including a delicious Italian spot. It's also just a short taxi ride away from the beach, making it a very convenient location. The room was clean and comfortable with nice amenities like a mini-bar and balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even better.

I recently stayed at Charmillion Club Aqua Park for a relaxing vacation with my family. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Special thanks to Mr. Hossam Ramzy in the main restaurant and Bassem from housekeeping for their outstanding service. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a spacious family room free of charge. The aqua park was a hit with the kids and the food was delicious. The hotel grounds were beautifully landscaped and the check-in and check-out process was effortless. This was our first visit to Charmillion Club Aqua Park, but it certainly won't be our last.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Great value for money with spacious and well-kept rooms that have double beds. The hotel has a water park and lots of activities such as water polo, plus some fantastic a la carte restaurants. The staff are really attentive and they keep the hotel clean, with 24-hour bar and entertainment. Breakfast is included, which is always a bonus. a fantastic stay!

Our holiday was fantastic! The hotel was lovely and clean, and our room had a balcony with a view of the pool. The staff were friendly and worked hard to make our stay comfortable, especially the waiting staff who were excellent. The facilities were great, with a range of pools, slides, and activities such as water polo and yoga, and even a beauty therapy service and a gym. We particularly enjoyed the Indian restaurant for breakfast and the comedy shows put on by the animation team.

The location was a bit out of the way from the main town, but there was a shuttle service available to take us to the shops and restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the luxurious amenities, including the spa and outdoor swimming pool, fulfilled all of my exclusive needs. the live entertainment and massage services were also top-notch. the sun loungers in the garden area provided a perfect place to relax, while the poolside snack bar satisfied all my cravings.

My only minor issue was with the service at the restaurant. Although the buffet breakfast was good with a variety of options, the waiters were slow in attending to my requests.

I had an amazing time at this aquapark hotel. The lifeguards were exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure my family felt safe and comfortable. They even created beautiful towel art in our room. Despite some minor drawbacks with the food variety, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others. a great experience.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a fantastic time at the resort! the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mr Moustafa at reception, Mr Mahmoud in housekeeping, and Ms. Tamara in guest relations. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the aqua park was a lot of fun for the whole family. the food, especially the bakery items, was delicious. We also appreciated the free bus service to the other resort with a beach. Our daughter had a great time playing with the cute black and white cat in front of the main restaurant.

Great staff, friendly and professional in their roles. The aqua park is very enjoyable for both adults and children. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. Good food with a variety of choices. A convenient shuttle bus is available to transport guests.

The Thanksgiving holiday was a great experience. the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby were a nice added touch. the hotel's location near the airport made it very convenient for us. the beach was also just a short walk away. the aqua park was the best part of the trip and perfect for families.

The food at the hotel was average and lacked variety. It would have been nice to have more options to choose from.
