I would like to thank the staff at Seagull Beach Resort for their exceptional service. Mr. Essam went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special, from his pre-arrival call to his helpfulness throughout our time there. The location of the resort is excellent, right in downtown where you can easily access shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and more. The receptionists were welcoming and fulfilled our requests. Our room had a lovely view, was clean and comfortable, and had a variety of TV channels. The kids loved the aqua park, and the staff were always quick to accommodate our needs.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The extra bed was a sofa bed, helpful for us. Staff were friendly, especially with our kids. Buffet had great choices, but would love a cheesecake option. Second stay was perfect, with 3 restaurants, 2 private beaches, and 2 pools. Helpful staff at reception and lobby bar, and cheerful animation team. Guests relations center checked in regularly. Family-friendly with water parks, mini zoo, shows, and games. Confined area beach suitable for kids, with good food and rooms.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in a great location. I felt like I got great value for my money, especially considering the beautiful room I had. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and treated me with utmost kindness.

The breakfast could have been better. The variety of food options was lacking and could have been improved upon.

The hotel location is perfect, being just steps from the beach and very close to the city center. The rooms are very clean and the service is top-notch. The breakfast is also quite good, with a variety of options to choose from. Plus, the swimming pools and animation team offer lots of fun activities throughout the day, making it a great place to stay for families and couples.

Although the hotel itself is great, the surrounding area outside the hotel can be a bit intimidating, especially for solo travelers.

During my stay, I encountered a minor issue with the A/C in my room not working properly. I immediately contacted the room service and they assured me that it would be fixed within a couple of days. To my surprise, they were able to resolve the problem much sooner than expected and the A/C was up and running perfectly. I was impressed with their prompt and efficient service. Additionally, I must mention that the beach and aqua park at the resort were absolutely fantastic. The beautiful beach and thrilling water slides provided endless fun and entertainment for me and my family throughout our entire stay. I had a great time at the resort and would recommend it to others.

The Seagull Beach Resort offers a range of facilities and amenities that cater to those keeping to a budget. The friendly staff, including the general manager Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Ahmed Elhadedy, provided excellent service throughout our stay. The front office manager Mr. Hosam Galal and Mr. Mohamed Arfa were also very helpful. We appreciated the daily check-ins from Irina at the public relation desk, who showed genuine compassion. Additionally, the cleaning man, Mohamed, went above and beyond to make our kids feel special. The entertainment team, especially Mr. Karem, organized fun activities. we had a wonderful holiday thanks to the attentive staff.
