We found the food options to be limited and not of the best quality. The variety could have been better, and the taste was not as satisfying as we had hoped.

The hotel is conveniently located near shops, the beach, and the breathtaking pyramids. You can enjoy the friendly service from Ahmed, who caters to your every need in the restaurant. The lady who bakes delicious traditional bread is just as eager to help. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast is exceptional, with a plethora of options for you to choose from.

The lobby area could use more comfortable seating for guests to relax and enjoy their time.

The hotel provides friendly and professional staff who offer great service. The pools are clean and spacious with pool bars. The buffet had many different varieties of food and was continually restocked. The beach is sandy, clean and the beach bar is well equipped. The rooms are clean, tidy and have a great air conditioning system.

As young people, we loved the variety of activities offered at the resort. The pool and waterpark were amazing and provided plenty of fun. The buffet had a different theme every night, and the food was always delicious. The a la carte restaurants, especially the oriental/asian one, were fantastic. The animation team was hardworking and full of energy, always ready to make us happy. The staff were very helpful and professional, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with heated pools and a beautiful beach.

Being here was an absolute luxury experience! the venue was stunning and has an array of exclusive amenities including a spa and wellness centre, an outdoor swimming pool, and a sun terrace with sun loungers. the restaurant offers a delicious buffet breakfast with special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area serves refreshing drinks and poolside snacks. the room advantages were impressive with impeccable private facilities.

The only minor setback was that the entertainment, although live, was not particularly entertaining. this hotel was exquisite, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with exceptional service and exclusive amenities.
