At Sheraton, we got great value for our money. The room was clean and comfortable, and we even received a lovely upgrade with Nile View for our anniversary celebration. The hotel's location was fantastic, and the staff treated us with kindness and hospitality throughout our stay.

For breakfast choices, it would have been better if the juice machines were working properly. Despite this, the staff remained helpful and friendly throughout our dining experience.

The hotel has a great location, with easy access to all the main sights in Eldouki district. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The staff is attentive and polite, and the breakfast is excellent with a variety of dishes to choose from. The hotel also has great facilities including a bank and a casino.

The room size was good and the bed was very comfortable. The view from the balcony was great. Most of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The lady at the club floor counter in particular did all she could to solve our issues. The food was very good. The cleanliness stood out. The casino was nice. The Italian restaurant was good. The breakfast on floor 26, overlooking the entire city, was enjoyable. The staff, from housekeeping to front desk, were accommodating and polite. The service from Mary at the front desk, Rizk, and the bell captains was excellent. The staff at the breakfast was super nice and helpful. Dina, the manager, was professional and delightful. The property had everything. The salon was open to both men and women. The gym was awesome!

The reception staff lacked friendliness and didn't provide a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the lack of attention to detail was noticeable, as paper cups and coffee were not replenished daily, requiring guests to constantly request for them.

The beds were comfortable, and the view from the balcony was great. The hotel facilities were comparable to other 5-star hotels in the area. The location was excellent, close to everything and easy to walk alone along the Nile river. The breakfast was on time every day and had a good selection. we were impressed with the cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff.

The Sheraton really impressed me with its fully refurbished rooms and the attention to detail. The location is great, especially if you're looking for rooms with balconies. The receptionist, Michael, was fantastic, and the 24 Hour Bridge Cafe was a wonderful addition. The staff, including Asma Sayed and Mohamed Bauomiy, were extremely helpful and provided excellent service. I had a great experience and would definitely choose to stay at the Sheraton again.

The location was perfect, near the old city, and the Nile view from our room was so relaxing. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel facilities were great. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton in Cairo and were blown away by the breathtaking views of the city. The Executive Lounge, located on the top floor, offered the most dramatic view imaginable. The recently renovated property lived up to its reputation as one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The Executive Level rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows were absolutely stunning. The friendly and helpful staff in the lobby and room service made our stay even more enjoyable. The price for the hotel was fair, and the outdoor pool was clean and inviting. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious experience in Cairo.

There was nothing I didn't like.

As foreign tourists, we loved the warm welcome and the special anniversary surprises, like the chocolate cake and Nile View upgrade. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff at the hotel were friendly. We also appreciated the quick room service and the convenience of ordering breakfast in advance. The breakfast options were delicious, especially the American breakfast set, omelet, and pancakes. We also enjoyed our dining experience at Gianninis Italian restaurant. The hotel's location, amenities, and security measures were all top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable.
