The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the kids club which had a fantastic design and ambiance. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff, particularly the reception and Nervana from the Guest Relations team, were really helpful and took great care of us.

I loved the comfort of my room at this amazing resort. Everything was clean and neatly arranged. The staff were very accommodating. I highly commend the front desk guy for assisting me with the wifi challenges I encountered. He was patient and went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable. I recommend this resort.

The beach is shallow and the snorkeling in the morning can be problematic, but you can enjoy swimming after lunch. The pontoon is a bit long to walk, but it's not that difficult. The hotel offers many activities that can keep you entertained. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is rich and satisfying, and the staff is always ready to help you out.

The entertainments and the music could be better.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh and it completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with smiles and hospitality. The service staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us. The hotel had multiple restaurants, each offering a unique and delicious dining experience. The food was phenomenal, with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of options. The cleanliness of the hotel and restaurant areas was outstanding. The pools were also great, catering to different preferences. The entertainment staff were friendly and made our stay enjoyable. the experience was luxurious and I can't wait to return. Special thanks to Ms. Dina at the front desk for ensuring our comfort, and Chef Mohammed Azeb and his team for their tasty creations.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The staff were amazing, always going above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. The facilities were fantastic, with a clean and well-maintained pool and lovely rooms with a generous and regularly topped-up mini-bar. Breakfast was included and there were so many options to choose from - I never went hungry! I also really appreciated the attention to detail in all areas of the hotel.

All in all, everything was great, I couldn't fault it!

Plenty of seating at all areas for guests, with no need to fight for space at the pools or beach. High-quality and diverse food options are available at the buffet and a Japanese restaurant. Attentive and caring staff provided excellent service for guests, making for a great trip. Comfortable rooms with beautiful views and great amenities were available. The resort also offers free snorkeling at the end of the dock for an added bonus.

The view from the balcony was beautiful and the beach was just a stone's throw away. the buffet had a nice variety of food and drinks, and we appreciated the complementary bottled water. the staff were welcoming and helpful.

We had some trouble with noise at night, as there were parties and loud music that went on until late hours. the room was not as clean as we would have liked.
