The hotel's location is amazing. It's near the beach club, the nearby market, and the beach with rooms that offer great views. The service is excellent, with staff that are professional and helpful. Rooms come with all the basic amenities and comfy beds. Breakfast is amazing, with many nice varieties to choose from.

The suite at Steigenberger Hotel El Lessan was like a dream with its large panoramic windows offering a breathtaking view of the Nile and its surrounding temples. As a nature lover, it was such a calming and awe-inspiring experience.

Personally, I found the lighting in the suite a tad too dim. But hey, some might actually prefer that cozy vibe!

The food at the restaurant and breakfast was excellent. The views of the sea and the Nile were wonderful. The swimming pool area was very nice.

We had a great stay near great restaurants, shops, and, most importantly, the beach. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the beach at set times and the pier is close by. Our room had an amazing view of the city and the sea, and it was clean and spacious. The hotel also surprised us with complementary amenities, and the staff was extremely polite and welcoming.

The lifts were a little slow, and we had to wait longer than expected.

I recently stayed at Steigenberger Hotel in a lovely room with a stunning sea view. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy, thanks to the friendly and efficient staff, especially Mr. Sameh, Miss Nour, Mr. Ahmed, and Miss Jeana from guest relations. The hotel surprised me with a delicious birthday cake and the breakfast buffet was extraordinary. The location is unique and I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

We spent our new year’s eve at this hotel and had a decent experience. we were welcomed with sweets and fruits in our room, which was a nice touch. the location was convenient, offering easy access to the beach and other attractions nearby. we enjoyed the complimentary soda water stunt offered by one of the staff members, it was quite impressive.

There were a few setbacks, though. the room's cooling system was not functioning properly, and there was water flow out from the air condition to the bathroom.

We thoroughly enjoyed the karaoke nights and the lively atmosphere of the casino. The hotel provided an entertaining experience for people like us who appreciate these activities.

We felt very secure and had absolutely nothing to complain about during our stay.
