The service was outstanding! Staff organized everything, from tours to restaurant reservations. The food quality and presentation surpassed expectations. Mr. Ahmed Essa was always available and provided excellent service. The hotel had excellent WiFi throughout, even on the beach. It's a hidden gem, with a brand new and top-notch facility. The 5-star experience, food variety, staff professionalism, and serene atmosphere were exceptional.

The location of this resort is amazing, with great restaurants and beautiful views. Ibrahim, the chief in the restaurants, provides great service in 2-3 restaurants daily and the staff is overall very helpful and cooperative. The beach is sandy and quiet, the room is excellent with a view of the pool and beach, and the Italian and Lebanese restaurants offer very good food choices.

It's disappointing that the staff at the restaurants do not call customers by proper titles and that prices for drinks can be very high, even if refilling a cup at breakfast is free.

Spacious and modern property with tasteful interior design, two large adult pools and a kids pool, and a beautiful beach. Rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with amazing sea views from some. Buffet breakfast is fantastic and the à la carte restaurants offer delicious food. The staff is attentive and friendly, providing great service.

The hotel's luxurious amenities and exclusive beach access provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. the spa and wellness center, complete with sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi, proved to be an ideal place to unwind after a long day of swimming in the outdoor swimming pool. Live entertainment and a sun terrace with sun loungers make this hotel stand out from others in the area.

While the restaurant and bar/lounge area were top notch, packed lunches and special diet menus were not available. the only minor issue we encountered was a lack of beach umbrellas.

The water aerobics were great fun and kept us fit during our stay. The Italian restaurant served delicious food, and our order was tailored to our request. we had a relaxing break at this beautiful hotel.

The hotel is a stunning oasis with amazing architecture, spacious rooms, fantastic pools, beautiful beach, great food options.

During my Christmas vacation, the complementary drinks and snacks were amazing. the location being close to the beach and pool was very convenient. the firework display on Christmas night was a great addition to the festivities.

The music at the hotel was not to my taste and was quite loud at times. the staff did not seem adequately trained to handle the large number of guests, resulting in slow service at times.
