sunrise exceeded my expectations during this stay in hurghada. the friendly and helpful staff, impeccable grounds, and delicious food made for an amazing experience. it was exactly what i needed and i highly recommend it!

As far as the cons go, this hotel would be great for families but isn't specifically designed for them. However, we would still recommend it to families looking for a wonderful experience!

The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a huge and clean pool, beautiful lagoon and beach for relaxation. The food variety was delicious and the breakfast was great. The staff at the hotel were helpful and caring, always aiming to satisfy visitors. Special thanks to Mr Mootaz at the reception and Mr Ali at the Poseidon restaurant. The whole place was clean and the animation team made our stay exceptional, providing lots of fun and entertainment. We highly recommend this resort to all types of travelers, including friends, families, couples, and honeymooners.

Couldn't fault anything.

The hotel is a great value for money, with basic amenities that were always kept very clean. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the location on the beach below the terrace bar and by the shops was great. Breakfast was delicious, with many varieties and freshly prepared omelettes.

Everything was ok.

We had an amazing time on our romantic escape. The complementary champagne and chocolates on arrival was a lovely touch, and the sunset view from our balcony was breathtaking. The location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning sea views and easy access to the beach. We also loved the variety of activities offered, from water sports to yoga classes.

The food - although there was plenty of variety, the quality could have been better. Some dishes were overcooked and there wasn't much flavor.

I recently stayed at Sunrise Crystal Bay Resort for one week and had a wonderful time. The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They even accommodated our last-minute request for a ground floor room with pool access. The food at the restaurants was delicious and the dining experience was great. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to various activities and facilities. The animation team, especially the kids activity team, was exceptional. it was a lovely stay and we will definitely be coming back in the future.

As older guests, we loved the abundance of pools and heated options. The animation team, including Sarah, Henry, Tori, Ali, Kareem. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring our comfort throughout. Food options were excellent, with a great variety and quality.

My stay at Sunrise was wonderful. I loved the efficient electric car service that takes guests around the resort. It was great to get to the main restaurant with ease, without having to walk far. The garden was beautiful and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

This venue is an oasis of luxury, with top-notch amenities. The spacious rooms have beautiful balconies to relax and enjoy the view. The buffet has an extensive choice of delicious dishes, with the Greek restaurant being a highlight. The green garden area is lavish, and there are multiple pools to choose from, including adult-only areas that make for a peaceful stay. The staff offers personalized service and makes every guest feel pampered.

Although this hotel boasts only one minor downside, there is only one elevator located at the reception, which can be inconvenient for some guests. However, the excellent service and pleasant surroundings more than make up for this small inconvenience.
