The hotel was immaculate and stylish, with friendly and attentive staff. Multiple dining options offered delicious food and drinks. The Wi-Fi coverage was excellent, including on the beach. Late check-out and baggage storage were available for convenient departure.

Had a fantastic stay during New Year's Eve. the food was great with a variety of options to choose from. Really enjoyed the a-la-carte menu and the smaller portions served. the private beach was clean and peaceful. Loved the complimentary drinks and snacks that the staff continuously brought right to our chairs. the view of the mountains and the bay was breathtaking and added to the experience.

The Wi-Fi could be improved as it was quite slow. music from nearby venues sometimes played late into the night, which can be disturbing for light sleepers.

The location is excellent and quiet, perfect for families with 2 small kids. The all-inclusive package includes a la carte restaurants and free use of buffet restaurants at the neighboring Sunrise Hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean with comfortable beds. The Royal Club for Swim-up Suite guests offers exclusive access to a separate pool, sunbed area, and bar with imported drinks. The beach is clean and offers various water sports options. a great experience for families with young children.

My stay at Sunrise Tucana Resort -Grand Select was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and helpful staff made sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. The boho chic style of the architecture and furnishings added a touch of elegance to the entire experience. The food at the various restaurants was beyond great, with Chef Ramadan's culinary skills shining through. The cleanliness of the entire resort was impeccable, from the rooms to the pools and all the facilities. I also appreciated the variety of activities available, from relaxing on the beach to joining in on beach activities and water sports. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and unforgettable dining experiences.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise that has exceeded our expectations. the exclusive amenities such as the spa center, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool are outstanding. We loved the stunning beach access and the live entertainment provided. the massage and beauty treatments were exceptional, and the Turkish bath was extremely relaxing. the sun terrace, with its heated swimming pool and sun loungers, was perfect for sunbathing.

Whilst this hotel did fulfill all our luxurious needs, there was only one minor issue. the location advantage was a bit lacking as it was quite far from town.

The friendly staff, especially Mohamed Hamouda at the Oasis Bar, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to. The amazing hospitality extended to the receptionist Moataz and pool area manager Hamada as well. The rooms were modern, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The resort and beach were also kept spotlessly clean throughout our entire stay. I had a fantastic experience at Sunrise Tucana Resort -Grand Select and would highly recommend it to others seeking a quality vacation experience.

We had a fantastic stay at a classy hotel. the check-in process was easy and the front desk employees, especially Mr Khaled and Mr Ahmed, gave us a warm welcome. the Italian restaurant, with Mr Tarek Mohamed as an absolute added value, was very nice. the hotel was extremely clean, thanks to the fantastic job done by the housekeeping team. the bar management's response to an incident showed their professionalism. the animation team's performance was amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed the white party and belly dancing. the concept of a set menu was much better than an open buffet.
