Friendly staff, easy location, great food, clean pool and beach, attractive room design.

We had a wonderful time at this place! The pool and bar were great, and the food was amazing for both breakfast and dinner. The shuttle bus to the beach was convenient, and we enjoyed the restaurant there. Plus, the staff sent us a cake to celebrate our anniversary, which was a lovely touch.

Although some additional services like a supermarket, pharmacy, and water activities would be great, we highly recommend this hotel to families. The location is perfect right on the beach, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

We loved the warm and clear waters of the sea! The shuttle bus was always available to go to the beach and the staff helped us with our bags. Our room was sparkling clean and the bed was very comfortable. we had a great time at this resort.

The Tanoak Resort in Ain Sukhna exceeded all expectations with its clean pool and beach, friendly and hardworking staff, and beautiful minimalistic decorations. The restaurant team provided amazing food with different buffet options each day, including tasty sweets and a variety of dishes like sushi and pizza. a truly special experience.

Clean hotel with helpful staff. Rooms located near the main restaurant and pool. Friendly animators provided entertainment. Fresh and varied food options. Welcome drink and building decor were enjoyable.

The hotel's location was perfect, being close to the sea shore and offering stunning views of the beach. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with high-quality shower gel, shampoos, and conditioner. The pool was lovely, and the beach was picturesque.

The hotel's staff was not the most friendly or welcoming, which negatively impacted my experience.

The staff were super nice and helpful, the rooms had amazing vibes in white with a clean atmosphere, and the pool was cozy with awesome bar service.

The room was so comfy with a cozy seating area and a balcony where I enjoyed my morning coffee. The free WiFi made it easy to stay connected, and the electric kettle was a nice touch for a quick cup of tea.

I personally didn't use the laptop-compatible safe, but I can see how others might find it useful.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. the staff was attentive and we felt very pampered. the Spa center was luxurious, offering a variety of treatments and massage options. the restaurant was fantastic, serving delicious food with an exquisite presentation. the private facilities in our room were exclusive and added to the overall feeling of luxury. the swimming pool was stunning and we loved spending time there, relaxing on the sun loungers and enjoying the poolside snack bar. the location offered beautiful views and easy access to the beach.

We encountered a minor issue at this hotel, the shuttle bus to the beach was sometimes full, leaving us waiting for the next one every hour. We would have preferred faster and more efficient beach access.

We had a great time during our stay! the lobby was beautiful and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We even received a complimentary fruit basket upon our arrival, which was such a thoughtful gesture. the food was delicious and of high quality, and we were happy to see that there was a pool and beach area to enjoy. the beach was also easily accessible with our own car, which made it very convenient for us to come and go as we please.

That the shuttle service from the main area to the beach could take quite a while to arrive, and the transportation vehicle could be improved. it was a bit disappointing to see that some advertised items on the menu were not available, and there was some inconsistency with the information provided by the staff.
