The hotel has a great location right on the beach without having to carry around cash, which is very convenient. The staff was amazing, especially Rabe3 the pool guy who was very helpful. The rooms were cozy and nicely designed, and the breakfast was delicious.

The room service could be improved.

The hotel's location is its top highlight as it is located very close to the beach. Guests can easily lounge on the beach for hours. The restaurant near the poll is also a great spot to enjoy delicious food while sipping on refreshing drinks. Additionally, the rooms are clean and have modern bathrooms with fresh towels.

Service is not satisfactory, with the staff being unfriendly.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel by the sea, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The location was breathtaking, with immediate access to the beach and lagoon. The service was exceptional, with room service and housekeeping exceeding our expectations. We enjoyed the welcome drink and found the tours/ticket assistance very helpful. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, mini-bar, and more.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel staff were fantastic, always smiling and very helpful. The hotel location is perfect, with beautiful grounds and a stunning beach nearby. Two complementary facts were offered to us during our stay, which was a really nice touch. Plus, the hotel was very clean and tidy, with immaculate grounds and well-kept rooms.

The hotel was understaffed and some services were a letdown, especially room service. Orders would take a long time to arrive and sometimes not look right.
