Christmas at this hotel was unforgettable! We were amazed by the stunning lighting around the place. the welcome was warm and we were treated like royalty, even our meals were organized for the whole week in advance, with many options to choose from - not the standard buffet! the room was cozy, clean, and equipped with all necessities. the staff were always friendly and smiley, especially when ensuring amazing beach service and snorkeling experiences.

None! the location was top-notch, and hygiene was taken seriously - evident in the spotless cleanliness of the hotel. the house reef was suitable for swimmers of all levels and the snorkeling equipment was available.

I had a fantastic stay at Makadi Spa Hotel. the location was amazing, with stunning snorkelling areas nearby. the staff, especially Bilau, went above and beyond to make my stay even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Hassan from the steak house and Eladin from the lobby bar for their excellent service. the management truly cared about ensuring I had a wonderful time. the spa experience was highly recommended, and the buffet and Asian restaurants offered delicious food.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is right on the beach and offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The Spanish restaurant, which operates till late, is a great option for dining. The hotel also offers a variety of a la carte restaurants with the all-inclusive formula. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and exceptionally clean, with great views overlooking the sea. The staff provide excellent service, making sure all your needs are met. The breakfast options are amazing, with high-quality food and a wide variety to choose from.

Some guests have mentioned that the WiFi can be unreliable at times, especially in the rooms and beachfront areas.

What an exclusive experience! We enjoyed the luxurious amenities and exceptional service of this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. the infinity pool and private beach allowed for a refreshing escape from the hot weather, while the outdoor dining area offered delicious meals with a stunning view of the sun terrace.

The only minor issue was the lack of variety in the food options. While the quality was good, the menu felt a bit limited at times.

Amazing staff, beautiful grounds, great food and drink options, room upgrades and late checkout, exceeded expectations. Look forward to visiting again.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They greeted us with a smile and always offered extra water and towels. Our room was beautiful, clean, and had a gorgeous view. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was huge. The customer service at this resort was top-notch, and we felt like part of the family. We especially appreciated the special dinner they prepared for my birthday, it was unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel.
