The diving center at this resort is excellent, with friendly and helpful dive instructors. They offer a range of dive excursions, including trips to a Bedouin area and the world-renowned Sharm el Luli beach. The rooms are spacious with a lovely view over the sea, and the bathrooms are huge. The staff are incredibly friendly and the service is not intrusive. The buffet breakfast and dinner offer a variety of freshly prepared and plentiful options.

The pool area could use improvement, as there is no poolside service and the sun loungers are uncomfortable.

Friendly staff, great breakfast selection with fresh juices, and convenient location close to attractions. the hotel staff were always welcoming and accommodating. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of tasty options including fresh juices. the hotel was conveniently located close to the city's main attractions and public transportation.

No soundproofing and small rooms. the lack of soundproofing made it difficult to sleep due to the noise from outside the hotel.
