The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away. It was a pleasant surprise and added to the overall experience. the sports team at the hotel organized various activities throughout the day, such as water aerobics and darts, which kept me entertained and active.

One major downside was the cleanliness of the hotel. the rooms were not very clean, and I even found some hair on the bedsheets.

The location of the hotel is amazing, with an easy and accessible beach along with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The friendly and super helpful staff, like Alaa, made the experience even better. The hotel also had a great show every day, providing entertainment for the guests.

The food at the hotel, however, was not up to par, with limited choices and bland flavors.

Good shopping options in Naama Bay and better quality and cheaper options at The Old Market. Excellent on-site clinic with supportive and helpful staff. Delicious meals with plenty of selection. The Egyptian al a carte restaurant was amazing. The food and beverage manager, Mr Ossama, ensured everything was perfect. Friendly and attentive staff, including Ahmed at the pool bar and Peter from previous visits. The animation team made the holiday enjoyable for both kids and adults

We had a great time doing different activities near the beach. The restaurant offered a variety of tasty foods, and the kids' club staff was amazing. The hotel's beach area was clean and beautiful. Our room was spacious, and the service was excellent. The view from our balcony was stunning, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet with many choices. The pool and aqua park were fun for the kids, and the hotel's facilities were well-maintained.

The housekeeping service could be improved, and some of the rooms might need renovation.

I recently stayed at Naama Bay Hotel & Resort for a week-long vacation. The hotel had multiple fantastic swimming pools and a friendly entertainment team that helped us discover fun parties and attractions nearby. The dining room offered tasty food, and the location was perfect with many entertainment venues and restaurants within walking distance. The beach and swimming pools were clean, and the staff, including Mr Alaa at the reception desk, Ms. Ghada from guest relations, and Mr Akram from the beach bar, were all very friendly and helpful. Additionally, our room attendant, Hamed, was prompt and attentive.

my recent stay in sharm el-sheikh was lovely, but my experience at naama bay exceeded all expectations. the hotel was calm and the staff were friendly. the three swimming pools, including one with slides for kids, were a hit. the beautiful beach and snorkeling opportunities were a major highlight. overall, a very good experience.

We stayed here in the city center and it was perfect for us. The location was great with plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby. The staff constantly made us feel happy and provided excellent service. They really cared about making our stay a comfortable one and were always ready to assist us if any problem arose. The in-room amenities were impressive, ranging from the ironing facilities to the balcony overlooking the beautiful view of the city.

Perfect location in the heart of Naama Bay, with everything within walking distance. The animation team was fantastic and kept us entertained throughout our stay. we had a great vacation experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

The facilities at Naama Bay Hotel & Resort were impressive. We booked the club room and were delighted with the additional services and the extra privacy offered in the special lounge. The view from our room was beautiful, and we enjoyed the variety of choices available at the buffet breakfast. The reception staff were also very helpful and accommodating during our stay.

This hotel has an amazing swimming pool, surrounded by a beautiful garden area where you can relax and enjoy the sun. the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options.

The only minor issue we had was with the spa & wellness center. Massage services were limited and had a hefty price tag.
