The staff at the hotel were exceptional, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the pool area was well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the heated pool, which was perfect for our young kids. the food at the hotel was also delicious and there was a wide variety of options available.

The loud music that played until late at night, making it challenging to put the kids to bed early. we found that some of the staff members were borderline rude and not very helpful.

I recently stayed at Naama Waves in Sharm el-Sheikh for 4 nights. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home with their warm hospitality. The spacious and clean room was a delight, and the food options were delicious and varied. The pools were pristine and safe, and the beach was peaceful and sandy. I must give a special shoutout to Mr. Roshdy and Mr. Mohamed from reception, as well as Mohamed Ali from housekeeping for their quick response and assistance. Ahmed Basiony and Ahmed El Sayed from Wave restaurant and Marawan Ahmed from the English bar also deserve recognition for their kind hospitality. Thank you all, and see you next summer!

We enjoyed the amazing pool waves and sandy beach, with friendly and helpful animation team. Lobna at the spa was gifted for massages. The food was tasty, and we appreciated the late check-out and ability to eat at the restaurant after checking out. we recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic time here. The location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance of all the night activities at Naama Bay. The hotel beach area was great too, with plenty of food, drink, and entertainment available, and you could even see some amazing fish from the jetty. The staff were amazing, always friendly and attentive to our needs. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and came with all the amenities we could need. We also loved the three pools here - they were perfect for us, whether we wanted a lively atmosphere or something quieter.

We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

We definitely got great value for our money at Naama Waves. The room was spacious and clean, making us feel right at home. The hotel's location was perfect, with a beautiful sandy beach and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation at this resort. the staff were beyond friendly and accommodating, and made us feel right at home. the breakfast was delicious and included freshly made omelets and pancakes. the pools were excellent and there were plenty of sunbeds available. the location of the resort was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. One of the best aspects was the free shuttle that took us to a nearby town for shopping and sightseeing.

The daily activities were too loud for our taste and made it hard to relax. there were too many mosquitos and flies in the rooms, which was a bit of an annoyance.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the center of Naama Bay with easy access to shops and restaurants. Opposite the oddly vacant Genena City mall, it's just a short walk to the beachfront. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are always clean, with strong water currents and the option of a shower or bath. The staff are friendly and provide daily cleaning. Buffet breakfast has a decent range of food options. The swimming pools and private beach access are incredible facilities for guests to enjoy.

The evening shows lacked entertainment value.

the exclusive amenities exceeded my expectations, especially the outdoor swimming pools and beach access with comfortable beach umbrellas. the Spa centre was another highlight, with a relaxing spa lounge and various Spa & wellness services available. the staff provided exceptional service, from the attentive poolside snack bar staff to the friendly restaurant and bar/lounge area staff. the buffet breakfast was delicious, with various healthy options available.

Although this hotel was excellent overall, one minor issue was the lack of a shallow end in the heated swimming pool. As a non-swimmer, this made it challenging to enjoy the pool fully.
