We especially want to mention Mohamed, the front desk manager, who made our stay comfortable and resolved any queries. The swimming facilities were amazing, thanks to Abdelrahman, the lifeguard who provided us with great tips. The food options were massive and the quality was fantastic. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the diverse menu catered to different tastes. we had an unforgettable experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was an amazing experience! the exclusive amenities were luxurious and the staff fulfilled our every need. the beautiful swimming pool, beachfront access, and spa centre were superb. the massage was so relaxing and the full body treatment left us refreshed. the room was equipped with exclusive facilities, and the staff provided exceptional service. the restaurant offered delicious cuisine with special diet menus.

The staff members, from the Royal Welcome Team to the pool and beach attendants, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The hotel itself is modern and clean, with beautifully landscaped pools and a tranquil atmosphere. The food was exceptional, with a variety of options to choose from, including Eastern cuisine and delicious sushi. I highly recommend bringing a snorkel to explore the stunning coral reefs just off the beach. the hotel provided everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort and I can't say enough good things about it. The location was ideal, with easy access to the Poch restaurant and Soho Square for dining and entertainment. The food at the beach was simply fantastic, cooked by the talented chef Ennemer. The rooms were beautifully designed and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast spread was delicious and the view from the room was stunning. The resort also offered great facilities, such as a refreshing pool and a relaxing spa.
