The Italian restaurant at Xanadu had delicious food, but the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortably hot while dining. the seafood breakfast was superb too, but the evening meal was sweltering. the gym and outdoor Calisthenics setup were impressive. the staff, like Mohammed Amer from Housekeeping, and lifeguard Aladly Said, were friendly and hardworking, enhancing my stay. Despite some challenges, overall, I'll recommend this hotel.

Staying at this hotel felt like being a VIP due to the friendly staff and amazing facilities, like the kids' activities and pools. Cleanliness is outstanding, from rooms to bathrooms. the location right by the beach is fantastic.

Outstanding Hospitality and Family-Friendly Activities

The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and treated us like VIP guests, especially towards our young daughter who enjoyed various kids' activities and facilities. the quality and variety of food were exceptional, with numerous pools and a small waterpark adding convenience and fun for families. My only suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the organization of guest transportation within the resort.

Exceptional staff warmth and attentiveness. Reliable and fast WiFi. Free room upgrade with pool view. Aqua park and gym were fantastic additions.

Our family had a blast at the Hotel Triplets Entertainment area - a hub of fun activities for kids and adults alike! The staff were fantastic, ensuring we had a great time with engaging shows and clean, safe environments. Cons: My wife says that the resort should include more cultural shows for kids.

my recent stay at Xanadu Makadi Bay was exceptional. the staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel like VIPs. the variety of delicious food, including local and international dishes, was a true highlight. the sandy beach was a slice of paradise, and the commitment to cleanliness was evident throughout the property. the fast and reliable WiFi was a big plus, and the gym was well-equipped with professional trainers.

I gotta say, for the price we paid, we got some serious bang for our buck at this hotel. The room was massive with a living room, two bathrooms, and a king-size bed. The location was spot on, right by the beach and close to all the restaurants. And let me tell you, the staff treated us like royalty, always going above and beyond to make us feel at home.

Now, the breakfast experience could've been a little better. That's all I'm saying.
