I had the most amazing stay at Crowne Plaza. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From the doormen to the housekeepers, everyone was friendly and helpful. The inclusive breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options. The hotel itself is clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. The concierge, Roberto Medina, was especially attentive and made sure our group was taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in San Salvador for a week-long trip. The location was perfect, right across from the World Trade Center with an above-street walkway for easy access. The views from our room were incredible, and the upgraded club room on the 7th floor was a fantastic surprise. Happy hour with free food, including delicious Pupusas made by the chef, was a highlight. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the staff, especially Ismael and Roberto, were friendly and made us feel welcome. The hotel also had a beautiful courtyard cafe.

Location is safe and convenient, with World Trade Center across the street. Staff is friendly and helpful. Walkway above the street is useful for crossing. Good selection of restaurants, entertainment, and banking facilities nearby.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and typical to El Salvador. The location was great and convenient, close to many restaurants. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The view from the food court was amazing.

We had a fantastic romantic escape! the food was delicious and we especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. the location was perfect for exploring the area and we loved the convenience of having a mall nearby. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating which added to our overall experience.

The noise level from the festivities was a bit high at times which made it difficult to sleep. the lack of poolside service and shade made it less enjoyable to lounge around the pool.

The hotel's location is excellent, being just a short distance from Fortuna center where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Additionally, there is a convenient closed bridge over the street that leads to a food court, providing even more dining options. The hotel is also right next to the world trade center and close to other nice restaurants in the area.

One negative aspect is that the water in the room is expensive compared to prices at nearby stores.

The location of the hotel worked very well for us with the World Trade Center across the street. We loved the above street walkway, making it easy to cross without worrying about traffic. The selection of restaurants, entertainment, and banking facilities at the WTC were a real bonus. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The early morning food service for our early flight was a pleasant surprise. The soup at the restaurant was amazing. The taxi service to the airport was convenient and well-priced. it was a 5-star experience.

Super clean hotel, great food court with alcohol and amazing view. Friendly and attentive personnel, especially Rocio Ruiz, Roberto, Nelson, Patricia. Upgraded to club room with excellent view and free happy hour with lots of food. Delicious breakfast buffet with on-site Pupusas chef.
