I had the most amazing stay at Crowne Plaza. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From the doormen to the housekeepers, everyone was friendly and helpful. The inclusive breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options. The hotel itself is clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. The concierge, Roberto Medina, was especially attentive and made sure our group was taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect with the World Trade Center just across the street, making it easy and safe for us to cross without worrying about traffic. The selection of restaurants, entertainment, and banking facilities at the WTC was a great bonus. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
