I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hostel in Santa Ana. Hostal Casa Verde was an absolute gem! From the moment I arrived, Carlos and his team went above and beyond to ensure that I had a wonderful stay. The beautiful garden setting created a peaceful and serene atmosphere, and the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail - from the individual bag area for each bed to the fully-stocked kitchens and even the rooftop terrace where I could enjoy breathtaking sunsets or roll out my yoga mat. Carlos' warm hospitality and extensive knowledge of the area made me fall in love with Santa Ana. Casa Verde truly exceeded my expectations and provided me with a memorable experience.

The rooms were hotel standard and very clean, with modern facilities like rain showers and separate toilets. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us the freedom to cook whatever we wanted.- The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He even took us on bike rides and arranged private transfers for us.

The check-in process was a bit disorganized and we had to wait a few hours for our room to be ready. There was a misunderstanding with the cleaning staff entering our room without permission, which made us feel uncomfortable.

The location of the hostel provided a great base for exploring the area, with easy access to local attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a luxurious hot shower. The common kitchen area had everything needed for cooking meals, and the wine bar in front of the hostel offered delicious food and drinks. The staff was friendly and accommodating, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The dorm room didn't have individual reading lights, relying on bright overhead lights until late in the evening.

We had an incredible stay at this hostel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with sparkling clean bathrooms and a well-maintained pool. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with a fully equipped kitchen that had every utensil imaginable, a lovely rooftop terrace with a breathtaking view, and a TV with Netflix and a wide selection of DVDs. The staff, especially Carlos, were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with a free map and even giving us a lift to the bus station. The location was convenient, close to the main square, and there were tours available to nearby attractions. this hostel provided a safe and relaxing atmosphere, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The hostel had clean and organized facilities, including a well-stocked kitchen and a nice swimming pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure guests were comfortable. each bed had its own fan and there were individual lockers with electrical plugs to charge devices safely.

That things had to be quiet by 10pm, which could be annoying if you wanted to continue socializing or watch a movie. However, they did have a soundproof quiet room available for use.

The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and each had its own hanger for clothes and bags right in front of the bed. The private bathrooms were big and clean, separate for males and females. The hostel also had two incredibly equipped kitchens where you could cook your own food, and there was plenty of space in the fridge. I loved the little map provided by the hostel, which had helpful information about bus stops and attractions in the town. The location was also great, just a 10-minute walk from the main square.

I got incredible value for my money at Hostal Casa Verde in Santa Ana. The room was super comfortable and clean, with all the amenities I could ask for. The location was perfect, close to the supermarket and bus stop for the volcano. The staff treated me like family, giving me great advice on getting around and even driving me to some great local spots. Such a welcoming and helpful atmosphere!

The breakfast option could have been better with more variety.

This hostel is mind-blowing! Everything is provided for - even a pool and power outlet in the locker. Carlos, the owner, is super-hospitable and helpful. The hostel feels like a home away from home. The beds are comfy, no bunk beds in the dorms. There are great kitchen and common areas, hot showers, and a social vibe. There is also enforced quiet time after 10 pm. The owner has thought of every detail, from fully equipped kitchens to reading lights and plug sockets in each bed. The hostel has a swimming pool, roof terrace, TV/DVD room, and more. It's the best hostel in Central America. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The location of the hostel is perfect, with easy access to Lake Coatepeque and Cerro Verde National Park. The central patio and top floor terrace are comfortable and provide a great spot to relax. The staff at the hostel is incredibly helpful and friendly, making you feel right at home. The kitchen is well-equipped and always clean, and the dorm rooms are spacious and tidy.

It would be nice if there were more blankets and shampoo available in the rooms.
