Novo Hotel & Suite in San Salvador was a delightful stay. Clean rooms, great facilities, and secure parking made my experience hassle-free. The hotel's location in a safe area, right in the center of the city, was extremely convenient. The lovely little garden in front of the restaurant created a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast options were plentiful and the staff was friendly and accommodating. this hotel provided a fantastic getaway in the heart of the city.

Good location, close to restaurants and shops. the breakfast selection was okay and the coffee was great! the staff was friendly.

The room was not up to my expectations and the noise from the outside was a disturbance. the air conditioning was not working properly and the Wi-Fi was very slow.
