I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, especially considering our late evening arrival. The location was conveniently close to the airport, making it very convenient for us. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious rooms that felt like small villas. The cleanliness was also top-notch, and the hot water in the showers was a much-appreciated bonus. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant on-site offered pleasantly tasty food. it was an excellent value for the money, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Couldn't stay longer.

Gorgeous green spaces with plenty of trees and open grassland. Comfortable cabana/gazebos with hammocks next to the pools. the showers provided hot water for a relaxing shower. Beds were comfortable. Good Wi-Fi connection in the rooms and main dinner area. Super friendly and accommodating staff. the general manager was helpful and had great customer service.

No clerk present upon arrival at 10 pm. Poor breakfast with additional charge for a second cup of coffee.

The property was close to the airport, well-maintained grounds, helpful staff, spacious and comfortable room, delicious breakfast with fresh orange juice.

The location was perfect for us, being close to the airport for our early morning flight. The grounds were beautiful, with lush green spaces and plenty of trees. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool which we really enjoyed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the general manager was particularly helpful when we missed our flight. it was a peaceful and private stay, and we felt safe and comfortable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The lady who showed me to my room was exceptionally nice, and the male waiter who served me dinner had a great attitude and a smile on his face. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a cold air conditioner. The location of the hotel was perfect for me, as it was close to the airport and the grounds were well-maintained. The pool was beautiful and the water was pleasantly warm. I also loved the addition of exotic wildlife on the property, which was a great attraction for kids. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

During my recent stay at Pato Canales Hotel & Resort, I was delighted by the beautiful green area with monkeys and peacocks. It was a unique experience to observe these exotic animals in such close proximity. The pools were also well-maintained, providing a refreshing and enjoyable swimming experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and provided a comfortable stay.

We had a great value for our money at this hotel. The room was amazing - comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom, and a nice air conditioning system. The location was peaceful and we felt safe the whole time. The staff was polite and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Pato Canales Hotel & Resort for a weekend getaway and I couldn't have been happier. The peaceful and green surroundings, with lots of trees and open grassland, provided a serene atmosphere. The cabana/gazebos with hammocks next to the pools were a great addition, and the adult pool was a bonus. The showers had hot water, which was a pleasant surprise, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The wifi worked well throughout the hotel, including the main dinner area. The staff, including the accommodating general manager, were friendly and helpful. I give this place a 10 and will definitely visit again.
