The hotel's location in the heart of the old city is perfect, especially for disabled guests. The vintage historical reception's interior and the antique lift add to the charm of the hotel. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and even took the extra step to ensure our comfort considering my disability. The daily breakfast had a wide variety of options, catering to both vegetarian and meat-eating preferences. The shower room was modern and had a powerful shower.

The legendary Valli Bar was just a few minutes away, and the views from the loft apartment we rented were amazing. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, especially a gentleman who assisted us with our buggy. The bathroom had a jacuzzi-style bath and the room had fabulous views. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the beds were comfortable. a great experience!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the center of the city. The location couldn't be better, as it is just by the Old Town in Tallinn. I loved being able to walk to the central plaza where the restaurants serve hot meals even at 1am. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spacious and comfortable bathroom with a private sauna. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impeccable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Additionally, the buffet breakfast provided was quite good, offering a variety of options.

the service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. the breakfast offered a great selection of choices and the rooms were well decorated with a historic traditional feel. the heated bathroom floors were a nice touch, and I particularly enjoyed the upgrade to a junior suite with a lovely view. the hotel also had a convenient luggage storage option.
