We had a minor issue with our room, but the staff at Braavo Spa Hotel quickly addressed it and provided us with a new room. The level of customer service was excellent and they made sure we were comfortable. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the city center and ferry terminal. I would recommend this hotel for its great service and convenient location.

Had a wonderful Easter weekend at a hotel with amazing facilities! Loved the variety of pools, saunas, and spa services in addition to the comfortable and clean rooms. The location was just a few minutes' walk from a major transportation hub, making it easy to explore the city. The complimentary breakfast was also a plus, offering a range of delicious options to start the day off right. Best of all, the staff made us feel very welcome and helped to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

The lack of an elevator, which made it a bit difficult to carry luggage up to the rooms. However, the staff was kind enough to help us with this and it didn't detract from an otherwise great experience.
