Exceptional hotel. Usually, a Four Star hotel doesn't meet all five-star expectations, but this hotel exceeded them. The hotel is comfortable, spacious, clean, and the staff is courteous. The breakfast selection is great, and the spa area is a bonus. Would love to come back here again.

They went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and provided us with great recommendations for places to visit. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping, everything was done to perfection. The hotel amenities were great, with a beautiful spa and wellness center where we could relax and unwind. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room were all well-maintained and provided a luxurious experience.

I stayed at Radisson Individuals for my 50th birthday and had an excellent experience. The staff were amazing, with the reception manager even surprising us with birthday treats. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was of a high standard. The hotel also offered great amenities like a pool, sauna, and steam room. The location was ideal, close to Old Town and shopping malls. I would definitely stay here again.
