The small elevator is an absolute inconvenience when lugging larger bags!!! Inconsistent cleanliness in bathrooms needs attention!!! The coffee machine fiasco during breakfast was disappointing, to say the least!!! I expected better!!!

absolutely not a 4-star experience. the rude reception staff clearly didn’t care about my request for boxed breakfast. i expected a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience, but received nothing. filthy carpets and uncomfortable furnishings made for a dreadful stay. i almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t. overall, disappointing to say the least.

I stayed for three nights in May and found the location perfect for exploring. The room was clean and offered everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and pleasant bathroom. I enjoyed reading in the sitting area. Breakfast had fresh options, though it was sometimes crowded. The staff at the reception were helpful. I had to manage some stairs, but that wasn’t an issue for me. I would return for another stay.
