The hotel is conveniently located near the sea and is only a short 10-15 minute drive from the old town. the hotel offers a variety of dining options, including a restaurant on-site and a zoo cafe nearby. The rooms are comfortable, with the family room being ideal for those staying with children. The spa facilities are excellent, with a waterpark that is great for families, as well as several saunas and a warm pool with a current.

Some guests have mentioned issues with soundproofing in the standard rooms, making it difficult to have a peaceful lie-in or avoid hearing conversations from adjacent rooms.

I had a very comfortable stay at Viimsi Spa & Waterpark. The hotel provided me with a quiet room, away from the elevators, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were also very helpful in finding a pillow that suited my back. The hotel had excellent facilities, with a spa center, aquapark, and bar all connected to the hotel. Everything I needed was right there. The breakfast was decent, with a great selection of food and delicious coffee. Plus, where else can you get ice cream for breakfast? Although the buffet dinner could have been better, overall it was an enjoyable stay and I left feeling well-rested.
