We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was a highlight, with a jacuzzi tub and all the necessary toiletries provided. The hotel's location in the city centre was perfect for us, as we were able to easily explore and do some shopping.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location is fantastic, with multiple restaurants nearby offering delicious food. The wellness area is top-notch, with a variety of facilities to choose from. You can enjoy the sauna or relax in the pools for an extra charge. The shower area is clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast buffet is delicious, offering a wide range of options to satisfy any appetite. The hotel also provides underground parking with a lift directly to the hotel.

One negative aspect is the noise from the ventilation system in the rooms, which can be a bit bothersome.

As a business traveler, I really appreciated the range of amenities offered at this hotel. From a comfortable bed to coffee making facilities, everything I needed was available. The hotel staff were also professional and spoke good English, making my stay even more convenient. Additionally, I enjoyed the in-room iron and ironing board, as well as the complimentary bottled water and bathrobes. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city with restaurants and shops just meters away.

The two complementary drinks were a nice touch, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. the bed in the room was very comfortable, and the room had a great view of the surroundings.

The spa was overcrowded and noisy, making it difficult to relax. Families with kids overtook the area, and even though the sauna was supposed to be a quiet area, it was impossible to enjoy due to the constant noise.

We had a great time staying at a hotel located near shopping centers, with many restaurants close by. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance, especially the Kvartal center right next door. We also enjoyed being able to easily explore all of Tartu's major sights on foot. The room was comfortable and well equipped, and the breakfast provided a good start to the day.

The hair dryers provided in the rooms were a bit disappointing.

We had a wonderful time at V Spa & Conference in Tartu. The spacious and comfortable suite was perfect for our family. The sauna section in the spa offered a great variety and the location was convenient, within walking distance of all major sights. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, even for vegans like me. The staff, especially Administrator Richard, were extremely helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from the Old Town and close to shopping centers. There is even a shopping mall with a supermarket right next to it. The spa facilities are impressive, with various saunas and three pools, including ones suitable for kids. The resting area is cozy and luxurious. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like a coffee machine. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh and well-made options.

Some guests mentioned that the spa area did not provide the same level of hospitality as the hotel.
