During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the brand new amenities and inviting ambiance of this luxury hotel. The helpful and welcoming staff made me feel safe and secure during my stay. the convenient location, with easy access to transportation, was a huge plus. The included airport shuttle service ensured my arrival and departure were stress-free and efficient.

My stay was not without its challenges. The hotel experienced multiple technical issues, including a lack of working internet for several days, non-functioning elevators and gym equipment, and malfunctioning room amenities.
