During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the brand new amenities and inviting ambiance of this luxury hotel. the convenient location, with easy access to transportation, was a huge plus. the included airport shuttle service ensured my arrival and departure were stress-free and efficient.

My stay was not without its challenges. the hotel experienced multiple technical issues, including a lack of working internet for several days, non-functioning elevators and gym equipment, and malfunctioning room amenities.
