The location on Hawassa lake provided stunning views and the room was incredibly clean with good A/C and hot water. We even had a screened door on the balcony. The staff, excluding reception, were helpful and the pizza at the bar was delicious. I highly recommend the Haile Resort chain based on our impressive experience here.

The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the lake. One afternoon, I went on a boat excursion to visit a nearby hippo pod and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, especially Fresew Mekuria and Zinaye Tesfaye who organized our tours in the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the car hire and the laundry facilities. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met.
