The location was perfect, with easy access to the airport and a market nearby. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and were impressed by the level of comfort and quality services provided. The location was incredibly convenient, being close to the airport and offering a free shuttle service. Our room was spacious and clean, and although it had a slightly dated feel, the bed was comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities and a mini-bar. The staff at this place were exceptional, with a special mention to the restaurant manager and all the staff who took such good care of us. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The hotel also offered a variety of facilities, such as a restaurant and a bar/lounge area, where we enjoyed delicious meals and drinks. The free airport shuttle and 24-hour room service were also highly appreciated. our stay here was a truly enjoyable experience.

In terms of cons, there were no negative aspects to mention. We would especially recommend this hotel to families, as they provide excellent service and take special care of their guests, including children.

Additionally, it is away from busy areas, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. The hotel's proximity to the airport, particularly the south side, makes arrival and departure hassle-free. The rooms are well-appointed with modern amenities and the staff provides excellent service.

The wifi connection can be inconsistent at times, making it inconvenient for guests who rely on a stable internet connection.

Staff was generally friendly and accommodating, and were able to answer all my enquiries. I was offered two complementary glasses of champagne and fruits on arrival. the hotel was located in a lively district, with a range of bars and restaurants to choose from. the mini-fridge was restocked daily.

I wasn't expecting much, but even the bare minimum wasn't present. the breakfast selection was also unimpressive, and not tailored to the season.

Efficient check-in, immediate upgrade, quiet room, good breakfast, convenient location, helpful staff.
