We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The setting amidst forest-like surroundings next to a beautiful lake was absolutely breathtaking. The design of the property was rustic and natural, which gave it a unique and charming atmosphere. The hotel facilities were excellent, providing us with lots of activities to do for the whole family. The staff was friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the free massages that were offered to us, adding a luxurious touch to our experience.

During our Christmas weekend, we enjoyed the beautiful lakeside view while sipping on complimentary drinks and snacks provided by the hotel. the spa experience was top-notch and the masseuses were very friendly and accommodating. the hotel activities such as hiking and horseback riding added to the overall experience. the location was ideal as it provided a serene and peaceful setting that was perfect for a weekend getaway.

the service at the restaurant was quite slow and the language barrier made it difficult to effectively communicate our needs. Despite these minor setbacks, the overall experience was still enjoyable and we recommend this hotel for a peaceful weekend getaway.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the surrounding area. Additionally, the size of the rooms was impressive, providing ample space for relaxation. the breakfast service was also quite good, offering a nice variety of options to start the day.

The check-in process was incredibly slow and inefficient, causing a significant delay in getting settled into the room. the service throughout the hotel was consistently poor, with slow and inattentive staff.
