The staff at Sapphire were phenomenal! They made us feel right at home and provided excellent service. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to major attractions in the city. The rooms were well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The gym had a lovely view, which was a bonus!

Felt free to seek any assistance, nothing to complain about.

The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and provided excellent service. The rooms were very clean and the decor was stylish. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The spa and exercise room were great additions to my stay. The location of the hotel was central and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Overall I was very impressed with my stay at Sapphire Addis and would definitely recommend it to others.

The rooms were very clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Despite being in a bustling city, the hotel had soundproofing which helped create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and polite, and the complimentary WiFi was fast and reliable. I had a very pleasant stay at Sapphire Addis and would highly recommend it to others.
