The staff at Sapphire were phenomenal! They made us feel right at home and provided excellent service. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to major attractions in the city. The rooms were well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The gym had a lovely view, which was a bonus!

Felt free to seek any assistance, nothing to complain about.

This venue is perfect for those seeking a luxurious stay. The exclusive amenities provided such as the Spa & wellness centre, massage and facial treatments are top-notch. The private facilities also add to the exclusivity of the experience.

The only minor issue during my stay was the lack of signage to help with the lighting system, but the staff was quick to assist when asked. I had an amazing and indulgent stay at this hotel.

The staff in the restaurant were attentive and polite, and the complimentary WiFi was fast and reliable. I had a very pleasant stay at Sapphire Addis and would highly recommend it to others.

There were some issues during our stay. We were disappointed to find out that the hotel didn't charge our credit card and the rate of the day had changed, resulting in additional charges.
