We had an amazing stay at a lodge in Fiji. the food was incredibly delicious, and as vegetarians, we were well taken care of. the staff went above and beyond to help us when we accidentally left some things behind, even arranging for them to be sent to our next destination. We loved that we could use kayaks and snorkel equipment at the lodge, and the location was perfect for a relaxed and peaceful vacation. Meeting and dining with other guests allowed us to make new friends, and the excursions to the Sawa-I-Lau caves and the blue lagoon were fantastic and reasonably priced. the lodge offered excellent value for money, and we loved experiencing the authentic and rustic Fijian lifestyle.

Meeting the village chief and the children from the kindergarten was a highlight. The lodge offers a unique off-the-beaten-track experience, away from the crowds of more popular islands. The meals are delicious and generous, with the breadfruit being a particular favorite. The lodge also offers activities like snorkeling and cultural tours.

The beach near the lodge is not suitable for swimming, but a short boat ride will take you to the beautiful Blue Lagoon beach for a proper beach experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Nabua Lodge! Jo, Rosa, and the rest of the family were so friendly and helpful. They made us feel like part of the family. We had an amazing time spearfishing with the boys and exploring the beautiful views from the top of the island. the food was delicious, especially the fish. the rooms were cozy and offered stunning views. We also appreciated the privacy. it was a wonderful experience that we highly recommend!

The beachfront location was absolutely stunning and perfect for swimming and relaxing. We also loved the laidback vibe of the lodge and the opportunity to meet other travelers during meal times. the fact that the staff were able to accommodate for dietary needs, including vegetarian options, was a big plus.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the staff availability was limited, and we had trouble finding someone when one of us got bitten by an insect during the night.

the owners, Vanni and her husband, were incredibly friendly and helpful with arranging our activities. the food prepared by Luci was absolutely delicious, and the prices were very affordable compared to other resorts. the room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. the highlight of our stay was attending the Sunday service at a nearby village, where we were warmly welcomed by everyone. We also enjoyed hiking to watch the beautiful sunset. our experience at Nabua Lodge was amazing, and I can't wait to return!
