The breakfast at Tanoa was delicious, especially the Indian curry dish with roti. The location of the hotel is perfect, being within walking distance to the city. I found the security guards to be very helpful during my stay.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The air-conditioning unit in the room had bright lights that kept me awake at night, but the overall comfort of the executive room was great.

We recently had a lovely romantic escape in Fiji and everything was perfect. the sea views from the balcony were breathtaking and the room was spotless. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the chance to experience Fijian cuisine. the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. We also loved the fact that the hotel was strategically located near the seabus terminal making it easy for us to explore the neighboring islands.

The mixed signals we got from the receptionists. One of them seemed money-hungry when we asked for extra towels while another one quoted a ridiculous storage fee which was not amusing.

The hotel provided all the facilities as mentioned and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, remembered our family names, and even made my favorite cappuccino every morning. The breakfast buffet was awesome and the room service for dinner was great. The location was also good, with a waterfront view for evening walks and a bar with a pool table open till late.

Disliked the late check-in, rooms were not ready until past 4 pm, even though the website stated 2 pm. Rooms were also allocated in different wings, which made it difficult for my parents who had trouble climbing stairs.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel right on the waterfront. The location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the water and a peaceful atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping ensuring that everything was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the little extra touches, like the welcome drink and the happy hour specials. The room amenities were excellent, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome and well taken care of.

While the hotel overall was wonderful, there were a few minor issues with the customer service. On one occasion, they didn't give me the specific request I had asked for, and on another occasion, one staff member was rude when I requested an additional towel.

Conveniently located near the sea wall with a view of the water. Friendly and efficient staff that accommodated my early check-in and storage of my bag. Clean and spacious rooms with aircon, free 24-hour Wi-Fi, and a hairdryer. Access to a gym with working machines and weights. Nice option for a relaxing stay in Lautoka.

This hotel is perfectly located, close to everything but quiet as if it would be in the countryside. The room is spacious with good furnishings, and the bathroom is clean. The staff provides good service and the restaurant offers delicious food. The hotel also has a lovely pool and garden area.

The bedding in the executive room looked and smelled like it had just come from a second-hand shop.

The pool, breakfast, and bar area were all fantastic. The pool was perfect for a relaxing swim, the breakfast buffet had a decent selection, and the bar area was a great place to hang out and play pool. The staff, although slow, were friendly and helpful.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the slow service and lack of variety in breakfast, overall I had a pleasant stay at the Tanoa Waterfront Hotel. I would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and relaxing hotel experience.

From the moment we arrived, the Tanoa Waterfront Hotel impressed us. The staff was caring and attentive, making us feel welcome. The pool was sensational with convenient sliding door access. Our room had comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom with excellent shower pressure. The location was perfect, right on the waterfront with easy access to downtown Lautoka. Lani at the travel desk was very helpful, and the restaurant served delicious meals, including perfect eggs benedict. it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend it.

Value for money was excellent, with spacious rooms and a super comfortable bed. The location was great, away from the noise of Nadi, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Menu for breakfast could have more variety and options available.
