I loved the Lappish dishes made with local products, especially when served in the restaurants. The on-site snow sauna and ice bar were cool. The free admission to the SnowHotel was a bonus.

Oh, how I enjoyed carrying my luggage on the gravel ground. Such a delightful experience!

Our purpose was to relax and enjoy the unique experience of staying in an igloo. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive to our queries before arrival. The igloo was cozy, impeccably clean, and surprisingly warm. The view of the starry sky was absolutely breathtaking. We also had the chance to witness the construction of the snow hotel, which was fascinating. Transfers to and from the igloo were hassle-free and we enjoyed day trips to Santa Claus Village and a local Husky Ride. a superb experience with great staff and unforgettable views.

The location of the hotel is truly special, surrounded by nature and close to a frozen lake. The restaurant offers a unique dining experience with an open fire in the middle, creating a cozy atmosphere. The staff is friendly and efficient, providing top-class service. The rooms, especially the glass igloos, are warm and comfortable, equipped with great facilities. The breakfast is delicious and caters to all tastes.

One negative aspect is the lack of a cozy common space in the snow hotel, where guests can relax and socialize.

I had a fantastic stay at the Arctic Snowhotel & Glass Igloos. The igloo was incredible, with a comfortable bed that allowed me to watch the Northern Lights in comfort. I loved the buzzer in the room that alerted me to the Lights so I could still get some rest. The ice hotel and bar were also very interesting to explore, with the option to wander through as long as there were no "do not disturb" signs. I highly recommend this unique and memorable experience at the Arctic Snowhotel & Glass Igloos.

As travelers by car, we were thrilled with the convenient location and ample parking at the Arctic Snowhotel & Glass Igloos. The breakfast package and dinner in the Ice Restaurant were delicious, with the salmon being a standout. The facilities were excellent, from the clean shower block with hot water to the comfortable beds in the cozy glass igloos. The staff provided great service and even woke us up for a stunning Aurora viewing. The organized activities, such as ice fishing, snowshoeing, snowmobile rides, and husky sleds, were fantastic and added to the overall experience.

The warm juice in the morning was very delicious, and the designs of the rooms were impressive. the location of the hotel near the lake was perfect for taking a walk and relaxing.

The hotel is very noisy, and there is a lack of privacy for guests. the tours in the hotel late at night disturbed our sleep, and the strict shower schedule was not convenient.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was very close to a beautiful lake, allowing for stunning sunset views. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, creating a friendly atmosphere. The rooms were basic but comfortable, with sleeping bags provided for a unique experience. I also appreciated that breakfast was included in the price, making it a great value for money.
