As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the well-equipped and clean accommodation. The resort offered a magical and tasteful Christmas-esque experience with a mix of Elvishness, magic, and winter fun. The breakfast and dinner buffet in the small and cosy space were delicious, and there was something for everyone, including kids. The availability of sleds and kick-sleds added to the winter fun, and the Elves village was especially magical at night. The activities, such as making bunnies and cooking gingerbread, were perfect for very small children. We also appreciated the availability of activities for adults, which we didn't have the chance to try but would love to come back for.

My recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience. the glass igloo was cozy and just the right size for two people. the staff was attentive and the food was excellent. the cleanliness and nice furniture in the room added to the comfortable stay. the outdoor environment was beautiful, and we enjoyed the serene garden area.

The lack of clear signage made it a bit challenging to find our way back to the igloo, especially in the dark snowy conditions. the room was a tad smaller than expected, but still comfortable for two.
