The hotel's location was perfect, being right in the centre. It was very convenient to be next to the bus station to Santa Klaus Village and the shopping street. It made it easy for us to explore the city and visit Santa Claus. The staff were friendly and informative, and the rooms were clean and adequately sized. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options to choose from.

The shower in the bathroom was small and the glass panels were not properly set-up, causing the floor to get wet when showering.

My Thanksgiving weekend stay was amazing. The staff was welcoming and made check-in hassle-free. The perfect location in the heart of downtown was a big plus. The room design was gorgeous, using every inch of space efficiently, making it look bigger and more beautiful. Complimentary sauna access and breakfast buffet with hot and cold choices were appreciated and provided a delicious start to our days. the restaurant had great options with reasonable prices.

The noise from the street made sleeping a bit challenging, but it was worth it to take advantage of the central location. The bed was a bit too firm for me, but my partner enjoyed it.
