I had such a great time at this hotel! The location was perfect - close to the town centre, a supermarket, and even the zoo. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. The basic amenities in the room exceeded my expectations, especially the comfortable bed and the shared bathroom facilities. And let me not forget to mention the delicious breakfast that was included! It was such a great value for the price I paid.

During our Xmas stay, we enjoyed the cozy sauna, which was comforting after our long day’s activities. the staff was also very friendly and always helpful, even with small special requests. the location was perfect distance from the bus station and it offered plenty of winter activities to do.

The bathroom was a bit too small and the kitchen facilities were not up to our expectations. However, considering the budget price, these were minor inconveniences that did not ruin our experience.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just an hour's drive from Rovaniemi if you rent a car. It's close to the village center and the zoo, yet still feels isolated and immersed in natural Finland. The views from the igloos are breathtaking, especially when you request one at the front for an uninterrupted view. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast, although simple, is a typical Finnish breakfast and had a good variety of choices.

Our stay at Arctic Guesthouse & Igloos was incredible. The glass igloo provided us with a modern and comfortable experience. The temperature and lighting were panel controlled, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. The location was convenient, just an hour's drive from Rovaniemi. We loved having a stove, washbasin, and cupboard in the igloo, allowing us to have meals inside. The bed was spacious and offered stunning views of the lake. Despite not seeing the Northern Lights, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but satisfactory, providing us with enough options to start the day. we had a pleasant and value-for-money experience at Arctic Guesthouse & Igloos. We highly recommend it to anyone traveling in the area.

The igloo experience on the lake was amazing! Driving it and enjoying a small lake cruise was fantastic! The staff was very friendly and helpful during the whole stay. The location was perfect for those traveling from Kuopio to Äkäslompolo.
