I had a comfortable experience at Holiday Inn Helsinki. The room was clean and cozy, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had good WiFi and basic TV channels. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located in a modern neighborhood, making it a great base for exploring. It is relatively close to the ferry terminal, providing easy access to nearby islands. Additionally, the hotel is handy to public transport, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds and all the necessary facilities. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options to choose from. Some rooms even have a great bay view, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was great, just a block or two away from the metro station. It was very convenient to get around the city from here. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and provided great customer service. They made me feel welcome and were always available to assist with any requests or questions I had. I also loved the amenities in the room. The electric kettle was a nice touch and I appreciated being able to make tea or coffee whenever I wanted. The flat-screen TV was also a bonus, with a wide selection of channels to choose from.

The fridge in the room was empty so we could put our own stuff in there. the breakfast was amazing with plenty of options, and there was a small park nearby with great views of the water. the location was perfect as we could easily walk to the metro station and get around the city.

The bed sheets had stains on them and the bathroom did not look clean. the experience was underwhelming and we wouldn't stay here again.
