The pool and sauna facilities were impressive, and the people were genuinely friendly. The atmosphere was lovely, and the rooms were decently maintained. Being offered fresh eggs and bacon for breakfast was a great bonus.

The hotel was quite far from the city center, which was especially challenging during the colder season. There was no restaurant on site, which was a bit of a hassle, given that there weren't many dining options nearby. It was unfortunate that there were no employees available after 10 pm.

Wonderful small inn. Interesting history, evident in design. Great base for exploring Turku and Helsinki. Good location with nice indoor and outdoor spaces. Feels like home, cozy and comfortable. Perfect for those tired of big hotels. Very well maintained, tidy rooms. Friendly staff. Spotlessly clean. Great breakfast buffet. Free parking and wifi. Big balcony with garden view. Shared balcony for breakfast. Sitting room with mini bar, TV, and DVDs. Sauna hours in the evening.

During my recent stay at Hotel Fjalar, I was impressed by the warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff greeted me with a welcoming smile and made me feel right at home. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing all the comforts I needed. The buffet breakfast offered a delicious variety of options, including fresh fruit, cereal, cold meats, and hot beverages. I particularly enjoyed the light and airy breakfast area.

Although I didn't have the chance to use the leisure facilities, the pool area looked inviting and well-maintained. It would be the perfect spot for a refreshing swim.
