I was pleasantly surprised by the central location of the hotel. Being right in the heart of the city made it so convenient to explore all the sights and attractions. The fact that there was a balcony on the 3rd floor where I could smoke without having to go down to the street was a huge plus.

Although there were a few drawbacks such as the limited parking space and the outdated furniture, these were minor inconveniences considering the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for a couple of days in the wonderful old city of Porvoo.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The recently renovated comfort rooms are incredibly cozy, with beautiful Marimekko plates and mugs that I couldn't resist buying for myself. The staff provided excellent service, being both friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the vibrant city center of Porvoo.

The rooms are comfortable, with modern decor and amenities like a HD TV and tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast spread is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from including an omelette, smoked sausages, falafel, and more. The friendly and accommodating staff provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The lack of staff presence in the afternoon and evening can be inconvenient, as there is no one available to assist with any needs or concerns that may arise during those times.

During my Christmas stay, I had a good time at a centrally located hotel. the vegan-friendly breakfast was something I really appreciated. the staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave us useful tips on where to go and what to see in the city. the hotel was within walking distance of several sights and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city.

My stay wasn't perfect. the hotel lacks proper sound isolation, and the street noise was a bit bothersome at times.
