The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the waterfront and beautiful parks. The apartment itself had a cozy and stylish ambiance, with all the necessary amenities, including a washer and Tupperware-like containers. The staff, especially Daisy, were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our month-long stay. Checking-in was a breeze with keyless entry. the cleaning service was available upon request, ensuring a comfortable and tidy environment.

The sauna could only be booked for the entire night, which made it quite expensive and inconvenient. It would be great if there was an option to book it for a shorter duration.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, being close to all the trendy restaurants and just a short walk from the city centre. Despite its central location, the hotel was situated in a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and provided us with superb service. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. We also loved the terrace and dining table, where we could relax and enjoy our meals.

Everything is what I need and want.

We had an amazing time during our trip, the location was perfect for our needs, it was close to the main attractions, restaurants and bars. The bed was super comfortable and the decoration of the apartment was lovely. The coffee machine and the bathroom facilities were a great plus and added an extra layer of comfort to our stay.

There were some minor details that we didn't love, such as getting two single duvets instead of one double, which was a bit odd. the windows facing the courtyard required constant use of curtains for privacy.

I had a fabulous stay at Bob W Koti Ullanlinna. The check-in was easy and the room was even better than expected. The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for recovering from jet lag. The location was fantastic, with great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend! I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

I can confidently say that the value for money at this hotel was exceptional, and the room itself was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and spacious. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the city center, and the staff treated me with utmost kindness and flexibility.
